Prices and availability of products are valid except Blanes Aquari stocks last or typographical errors.Orders will be dealt with in strict order of receipt.
If stocks end an ordered product, we will contact you to communicate the new date of delivery, offers an equivalent product or cancel the order if you so decide.
Gifts and promotions
Aquari Blanes offers a 10% discount on your first purchase and 5% discount on all your purchases following, on any item in the catalog available online or offline shop.
The total amount of discount you can exchange it or accumulate it, to apply for Catalog, when you make any purchases. In every order will receive an email notifying you the amount of discount and total. To redeem the discounts for items you just have to tell us what item you want in the comments section at checkout. Delivery date/ time / deadline
The delivery time for each item will depend on the availability of stock of the same or based on stock availability or supply, usually a week. Blanes Aquari send a statement at the time of order reporting the exact time of delivery.
If the product arrives damaged or defective conditions caused by transportation, will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition without any additional charge, as long as we communicate the incidence within 24 hours after receipt of order.
The shipping is free for orders over € 120 and delivery within the Peninsula, the shipping system will be made through the company NACEX and express delivery system 48 H. All orders below € 120 will have a shipping cost that will be a customer's account and paid in directly at the time of order delivery, this amount will depend on the chosen delivery system and the purchased item .By default, these submissions are made through the company NACEX but the moment we confirm the departure of the order will take place the shipping method chosen by the customer and confirm the exact postage. (East 10 € on average across the peninsula).

Return or Replacement
In Blanes Aquari our ultimate goal is the satisfaction of our customers.Therefore, we want to ensure that the product that you purchased in our store always correspond to their expectations. Otherwise you have 7 working days from the day of receipt of the goods to return the product (must be in perfect condition and in original packaging), if you meet these requirements please contact us to manage the return as soon as possible.
